The Gracemont Lions's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their 13th straight loss. They took a serious blow against Lookeba-Sickles, falling 90-61. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat Gracemont has suffered since December 7, 2023.
Nathan Morris was his usual excellent self, dropping a triple-double on 37 points, 12 rebounds, and ten assists for Lookeba-Sickles. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Morris has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Angel Sandoval, who scored 16 points along with nine rebounds.
Gracemont's loss dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Lookeba-Sickles, their win bumped their record up to 3-15.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Gracemont will take on Blair at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lookeba-Sickles, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Hobart at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
