Keystone Oaks got themselves on the board against Carlynton on Wednesday, but Carlynton never followed suit. They blew past the Cougars 10-0. The win continues a trend for the Golden Eagles in their matchups with the Cougars: they've now won four in a row.

Brandon Kaminski was excellent, scoring three runs while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances. Ethan Shartle also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

Keystone Oaks always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .533. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Carlynton only posted an OBP of .222.

The victory got Keystone Oaks back to even at 4-4. As for Carlynton, they dropped their record down to 2-9 with the defeat, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Keystone Oaks will welcome Charleroi at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Carlynton, they will host Brentwood at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Spartans have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.17 runs per game on average), something the Cougars will no doubt try to take advantage of.
