Basketball Recap: Foran Piles Up the Points Against Bunnell

You can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Foran's strategy against Bunnell on Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Foran Lions blew the Bunnell Bulldogs out of the water with a 58-21 final score. The game marked the Lions' most dominant win of the season so far.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Foran to victory, but perhaps none more so than Maddie Deldin, who went 6 for 12 on her way to 13 points and three steals. Deldin is crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Faith Doyle was another key player, putting up 11 points along with six rebounds and five steals.

Foran was working as a unit and finished the game with 19 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

The victory made it two in a row for Foran and bumps their season record up to 4-1. As for Bunnell, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
