Kerwin Squire Jr. Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Kerwin Squire Jr. produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Stratford to the win on Friday. Squire Jr. rushed for 191 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 8.0 yards per carry. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (108.3).

Lucy Beckham was sadly handed a loss on Friday, but Chalmers Ballard did his best to prevent it. Lucy Beckham is 3-1 when Ballard posts two or more rushing touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise.
This year, Ballard has thrown 11 touchdowns while averaging 173.6 passing yards per game. It gets even more impressive: after seven games last season, he had one rushing touchdown. This year he is already up to nine.

Jachin Davis Dazzles in Stratford Victory
The second Stratford player making an appearance here is Jachin Davis, and for good reason. He rushed for 59 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 261 yards while completing 75% of his passes. He is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.

Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Harris Stone stepped things up a notch to give Wando the 'W'. Stone turned in nothing short of a gem, throwing for 223 yards and three touchdowns on only 16 passes, while also rushing for 48 yards.
On the year, Stone has thrown 10 touchdowns while averaging 172.9 passing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he had three passing touchdowns.

Michael Jenkins put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in October of 2023 on Friday. He made three total tackles. He torched the secondary when he pulled down a catch that went for 82 yards.
