On Friday, Marshall are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against San Gabriel at Pasadena at 7:00 PM. It might come down to the wire as the game is expected to be close.
Marshall had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They were completely outmatched, falling 0-48 to Duarte.
Meanwhile, it could have been worse for San Gabriel, but it could have been a whole lot better too, as the team fell 7-26 to Rosemead last Sunday. San Gabriel were down by 0-20 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better score. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contest, so their meeting could be a low-scoring affair.
