The Charlotte Trojans's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fourth straight loss. They suffered a rough 81-58 loss at the hands of Dilley. Charlotte has not had much luck with Dilley recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.
Dilley's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jesse Hernandez, who scored 23 points along with 6 assists and 4 steals. Hernandez has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. Another player making a difference was Alex Ayala, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 12 rebounds.
Charlotte's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Dilley, their win bumped their record up to 2-4.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Ingram Moore the next time they take the court. Charlotte will host Ingram Moore at 10:50 a.m. on Friday, while Dilley will head out to face them at 10:50 a.m. on Saturday.
