It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Dudley Panthers had no problem doing just that on Friday. They took their game at home with ease, bagging a 48-6 victory over Central Davidson. The win was just business as usual for Dudley, who after 12 games remain undefeated this season.
It was another big night for Andrew Attmore II, who threw for 262 yards and four touchdowns while completing 76.9% of his passes. Attmore II has been hot recently, having posted three or more passing touchdowns the last three times he's played. Another player making a difference was LJ Southern, who gained 50 total yards and two touchdowns.
Dudley's victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-0. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.6 points per game. As for Central Davidson, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-6.
Dudley's homestand continues as they prepare to take on Robinson at 7:00 p.m. on November 17th. Robinson will be coming into the matchup with an undefeated record on the line. Central Davidson does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
