Make it ten blowout wins for the Istrouma Indians this season. They claimed a resounding 41-7 victory over Belaire on the road. With Istrouma ahead 28-4 at the half, the match was all but over already.
Leading Istrouma to victory were Krystin Franklin and Eryn Brown. Franklin scored eight points along with five rebounds and five steals, while Brown dropped a double-double on 22 points and 18 rebounds. That makes it 21 consecutive games in which Brown has scored at least a third of Istrouma's points.
Istrouma is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-9 record this season. As for Belaire, they are on a eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-13.
