The Alamosa Mean Moose lost against the Centauri Falcons back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Alamosa fell to Centauri 47-42. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Alamosa in their matchups with Centauri: they've now lost three in a row.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Centauri to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kaleb Anderson, who scored 11 points along with six rebounds. Anderson is trending in the right direction, as he's improved his point production for three games straight. Another player making a difference was Chaz Holman, who scored 11 points along with two steals.
Alamosa's defeat dropped their record down to 11-8. As for Centauri, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-5.
Alamosa didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 54-39 loss vs. Montrose on the 10th. Centauri has also already played their next contest, a 62-31 victory against Ignacio on the 10th.
