Richwoods owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Peoria Christian Chargers as they made off with a 6-0 win. The victory was familiar territory for the Knights, who have now won four contests in a row.

Richwoods' win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-10. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games. As for Peoria Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-12.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Richwoods will challenge Normal West at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
