The Porter Ridge Pirates's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They lost to Lincoln Charter on the road by a decisive 73-55 margin. Porter Ridge has not had much luck with Lincoln Charter recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Several Pirates players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jacob Conroy , who scored 8 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Samaj Long, who scored 13 points along with 4 steals.
Porter Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Lincoln Charter, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Porter Ridge will take on Indian Land at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Lincoln Charter, they will head out on the road to face off against North Lincoln at 7:30 p.m. on December 6th.
