 In other batting news,  Xavier (Bean) Aldous was a standout: he scored two  runs and  stole three bases while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances.  Kale Adams was another key contributor,  going 2-for-3 with four  RBI and a  run.
 On Ben Lomond's side,  Kai Langston was cooking despite his team's loss,   going 2-for-3 with a  triple and  an  RBI.
 The  win  got Ogden back to even at 6-6. As for Ben Lomond, they are  on  a  16-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
 Ogden will have a chance to go back-to-back against Ben Lomond: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled  at 3:00  p.m.  on Wednesday.
