Pacific Baptist found their leader in underclassman Kevin Ullrich, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and 11 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Gary Bird, who scored 21 points along with six rebounds.
Pacific Baptist pushed their record up to 8-3 with that win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.0 points per game. As for Faith Baptist Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
