It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Highland ultimately got the result they hoped for on Saturday. They snuck past Caldwell Academy with a 64-58 win. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Meanwhile, Episcopal strolled past Woodbridge with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 58-40.
Episcopal's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Malcolm Stute, who scored 17 points. Tyler Pelkey was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Highland's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Episcopal, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
