Basketball Recap: Southwest Minnesota Christian Piles Up the Points Against Red Rock Central

Southwest Minnesota Christian had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 20.7 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 68-33 win over the Red Rock Central Falcons. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 24 points or more this season.

Southwest Minnesota Christian is also on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.7 points per game. As for Red Rock Central, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.

Southwest Minnesota Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 73-66 defeat against Central Minnesota Christian on the 18th. Red Rock Central has also already played their next matchup, a 70-35 loss against Gibbon-Fairfax-Winthrop on the 18th.
