 Aynor's  victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 3-6. As for Loris, their win bumped their record up to 9-0.
 Everything went Loris' way against Aynor in their previous matchup  back in November of 2024, as Loris made off with  a  28-8 victory. In that  game, the Lions amassed a halftime lead of  21-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat  on Friday.
