The biggest upset of the week belonged to Troy, who took down 176th ranked Jackson Heights, 8-6.
Riverside [Wathena/Elwood] extended the longest winning streak in Delaware Valley this week by beating Atchison County, 16-9. The victory was the fifth in a row for the team.
Blake Graham was the most productive running back in the league this week. He ran for 166 yards on 13 carries as Pleasant Ridge fell to Riverside [Wathena/Elwood]. Nick Holmes also contributed to the rushing game with 82 yards on the ground.
Hansen was the best wideout in the league this week as Atchison County fell to the Cyclones. Hansen tallied four receptions for 74 yards. R. Hundley helped Atchison County's passing attack out by catching three balls for 20 yards.
Brock Hanf put up the best numbers through the air as Maur Hill Prep-Mount Academy beat Doniphan West. He finished with a total of six completions for 113 yards and one touchdown. Hanf's favorite target this week was Brian Scott, who caught three passes for 67 yards.
The Junior Ravens' Hanf and Scott have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading Delaware Valley in both passing and receiving yards. Hanf has thrown for 746 yards this season, while Scott, a 6-foot-1 receiver, has 23 catches for 323 yards. Immaculata's Drew Sachen leads the league in rushing yards with 598.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when McLouth takes on Jefferson County North. At the moment, the Bulldogs are in second, while the Chargers are in third.
Valley Falls was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from 10th to eighth in the league. Earlier in the week, the Dragons defeated Oskaloosa 38-12.
