Stockton is 9-1 against Northern Valley since January of 2016, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. Stockton unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-game winning streak on January 4th. They were beaten by Norton 49-12. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Stockton has scored all season.
Meanwhile, Northern Valley scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They took their matchup on the road with ease, bagging a 56-21 win over Weskan. The win was some much needed relief for Northern Valley as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.
Northern Valley got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Austyn Cox out in front who scored seven points along with seven assists and six rebounds. Cox hasn't dropped below two steals for eight straight games. Delaney Sides was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with two steals.
Stockton's loss dropped their record down to 7-1. As for Northern Valley, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-8.
