With a playoff win on the line, Eagle Academy rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They breezed past the Bronx High School of Science Wolverines to the tune of 88-60. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Eagle Academy pushed their record up to 20-3 with the win, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 82.7 points over those games. As for Bronx High School of Science, their defeat dropped their record down to 19-5.

Coming up, Eagle Academy will face off against Wings Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Eagle Academy knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 16 games -- so hopefully Wings Academy likes a good challenge. Bronx High School of Science does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
