Meanwhile, Elmwood Park's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 72-45 loss at the hands of Riverside-Brookfield. Elmwood Park has struggled against Riverside-Brookfield recently, as their game on Friday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Elmwood Park's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Joshua Ruiz, who scored 22 points, and Angelo Bernard who scored 13 points.
Walther Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Elmwood Park, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season.
