Congratulations to this week's top players! We're covering the best performances from Friday's football action (using all statistics entered as of the time of writing). Enjoy!
Samir Crosby Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Starting off the list is Greensburg Central Catholic's Samir Crosby, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Crosby rushed for 138 yards and three touchdowns, and also threw for 147 yards and two touchdowns. He's now once again averaging 100+ rushing yards (102.7) per game. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, forcing a fumble, making eight total tackles, and defending a pass in addition to snagging an interception.
Jeannette had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Crosby it was a similar story. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Crosby saw the Jayhawks), he rushed for 90 yards and two touchdowns on only seven carries, and also picked up 39 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Jayden Floyd's Big Game Leads Leechburg over Frazier
Leechburg picked up their seventh consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Jayden Floyd. Floyd did his part (and then some), rushing for 143 yards and three touchdowns on only five carries, while also throwing for 100 yards while completing 88.9% of his passes for the 'W'.
Frazier's probably not too fond of Floyd given he always seems to get the better of them. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Floyd saw the Commodores), he rushed for 107 yards on only 11 carries, and also threw for 127 yards and a touchdown.
