Carlisle has enjoyed the comforts of home their last two games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will take on The Hazen Hornets at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Carlisle has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 252 points over their last five matches.
Last Friday, Carlisle beat England 35-26.
Among those leading the charge was Kayleb Elliott, who rushed for 172 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.8 yards per carry. Elliott was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 65 yards.
Meanwhile, Hazen entered their tilt with Bearden with six consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with seven. Hazen strolled past Bearden with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 30-12.
Carlisle's victory was their seventh straight at home (dating back to last season), bumping their overall record up to 8-1. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 40.4 points per game. As for Hazen, their victory bumped their record up to 8-1.
Carlisle took a serious blow against Hazen when the teams last played back in December of 2022, falling 44-6. Can Carlisle avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
