Southeastern RVT have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. On Thursday they take on Tri-County RVT at 7:00 PM. The two teams are strolling into their game after big wins in their previous games.
Southeastern RVT had a rough outing against Upper Cape Cod RVT three weeks ago, but a little bit of home cooking seems to have fixed things right up. Southeastern RVT blew past Bristol-Plymouth RVT 40-7. The matchup was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Southeastern RVT had established a 27-7 advantage.
Meanwhile, Tri-County RVT put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season last Friday. They steamrollered Bristol-Plymouth RVT 41-6. Tri-County RVT were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
Their wins bumped Southeastern RVT to 2-1 and Tri-County RVT to 4-0. After the lofty point totals in their previous games, we'll see if they're able to heat things up even more while facing each other.
