Their offense was headlined by  Kelsey Clyde and  Carli Walter, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from  Ava Brandt and her 17 assists. Clyde was also solid from the service line:  she led the team with four aces.
  Anya Richey was the offensive standout of the  match as she  had 12  digs and three  assists.  Molly Gesell also deserves some recognition as  she  posted her first assist of the season.
South Dearborn's loss dropped their record down to 14-5. As for Batesville, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won 11 of their last 14 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record  this season.
 South Dearborn has already played their next matchup,  a  2-0  victory against Rushville on the 27th. As for Batesville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next  match,  a  2-0  win against Lapel on the 27th.
