Meanwhile, Sherman blew past River View, posting a 35-6 victory at home. The match marked the Tide's most dominant win of the season so far.
Sherman's receiving core played a big role in the win, headlined by Trey Lester and River Williams. Lester gained 90 total yards and two touchdowns while Williams rushed for 71 yards and two touchdowns. That's the most rushing yards Williams has posted since back in September of 2023.
