The Hagerman Pirates came into Friday's match having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They blew past Twin Falls Christian Academy 37-17. The victory was just what Hagerman needed coming off of a 57-35 loss in their prior game.
Hagerman was led to victory by Krickit Wise and Allison Asher. Wise scored nine points, while Asher scored six points along with five rebounds. Asher is trending in the right direction, as she's improved her point production for three games straight.
Hagerman's victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-11-1. As for Twin Falls Christian Academy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season.
Hagerman will head out on the road to challenge the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Richfield focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 20 on Thursday. Twin Falls Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
