Leading Clearwater Central Catholic to victory were Sophia Landen and Taylor Bedinghaus. Landen scored 13 points, while Bedinghaus scored 17 points. Landen continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Alexis Benoit was another key contributor, scoring seven points.
The victory (which was Clearwater Central Catholic's fourth in a row) raised their record to 14-2. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.5 points per game. As for Shorecrest Prep, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-9.
Clearwater Central Catholic will be playing at home against Dunedin at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
