Leading North Huron to victory were Emily Souva and Ana Champagne. Souva scored 15 points, while Champagne dropped a double-double on 13 points and 13 rebounds. That's the first time this season that Souva scored 15 or more points. Another player making a difference was Peyton Talaski, who scored two points along with two steals.
North Huron now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Peck, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season.
North Huron will square off against Kingston at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Kingston is coming into the contest hot, having won their last seven games. As for Peck, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Dryden at 7:30 p.m. Dryden presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Peck in Michigan (Dryden is ranked 264th, while Peck is ranked 573rd).
