 On Thursday, Waldron suffered a  tough 18-8 loss at the hands of Fountain Lake.
 Meanwhile,  after soaring to 26  runs the game before, Clarksville was a bit more limited  in their  match  on Friday. They wound up on the wrong side of a  rough 14-2 walloping at the hands of Russellville.
 Clarksville saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Tosca Rodgerson, who  went 1-for-2 with a  double and  an  RBI.
 Waldron's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Clarksville, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost three of their last four matchups,  which put a noticeable dent in their 8-7 record  this season.
