There's no place like home for The Lutheran Lions, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road  last Friday. They really took it to Lincoln for the full four quarters, racking up a  68-0 victory at home. The result was nothing new for Lutheran, who have now won four matches by 20  points or more  so far this season.
 Lutheran's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Ben Herbek led the charge by picking up 80 receiving yards and three touchdowns. Another player making a difference was  Sawyer Wald, who rushed for 62 yards and two touchdowns.
 Lutheran's victory was  their eighth straight at home (dating back to last season), bumping their overall record up to 5-2. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 43.3 points per game. As for Lincoln, they are  on a four-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 1-6.
 Lutheran will head out on the road to face off against Northfield at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. As for Lincoln, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Kennedy at 4:00  p.m.  on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another  in Colorado (Kennedy is ranked 164th, while Lincoln is ranked 186th).
