Jermon Bowers posted a new career-high in rushing touchdowns on Friday. He rushed for 144 yards and four TDs while picking up 9.0 yards per carry. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making two total tackles and defending three passes in addition to snagging an interception.

Looking ahead, Bowers and Whale Branch will hit the road for the first time this season to challenge Ridgeland Secondary Academy Of Excellence at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
