Terrell extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Aubree Tate. The Terrell Tigers snuck past the Wilson Wildcats with a 49-44 win on Thursday thanks in part to Tate, who posted 21 points and seven rebounds. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in points.

Another player making a difference was Danielle Jones, who put up 13 points and eight rebounds. She continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played.

Despite the loss, Wilson saw an underclassman step up: freshman Kam Rose had 19 points and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Mia Yonker, who posted eight points and seven rebounds.

Terrell has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a massive bump to their 11-11 record this season. As for Wilson, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last ten games, which put a noticeable dent in their 12-11 record this season.

Terrell didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 44-38 defeat against Seagoville on the 27th. As for Wilson, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 45-25 victory against Trinity Leadership on the 27th.
