The Monarch Coyotes have enjoyed the comforts of home their last two games, but now they must head out on the road. They will square off against Mountain Range on Tuesday. Monarch is the slight favorite, but fans of both teams should be in for an exciting contest likely to go down to the wire.
While not quite a landslide, the game between the Coyotes and Legacy this past Friday was still a pretty decisive one as Monarch wrapped it up with a 58-39 win at home. Monarch found their leader in underclassman freshman Natalie Guanella, who had 23 points and five assists in addition to five boards.
Meanwhile, Mountain Range was able to grind out a solid victory over Rocky Mountain this past Friday, winning 52-44.
Monarch is now 13-7 while Mountain Range sits at 12-9. Monarch is 8-4 after wins this season, Mountain Range 6-5.
