LaBrae hadn't done well against Champion recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The LaBrae Vikings blew past the Champion Golden Flashes, posting a 56-24 win. Champion's loss came despite strong showings from Mackenzie Braham and Kylie Mckee. Braham posted 11 points and four steals, while Mckee earned four points along with five rebounds and three steals. Braham is crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least two every time she's taken the court this season.

The victory was the third in a row for LaBrae, bringing their record for this year to 6-2. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 36 points. As for Champion, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.

LaBrae will venture away from home to take on Brookfield at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Champion, they will host Southeast at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
