Nekoosa's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Wisconsin Dells Chiefs 38-35. The Papermakers' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Jacob Bertling produced another solid performance rushing for 126 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Owen Hoogesteger also helped out with an impressive 89 receiving yards.
