After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Wellston, Berne Union was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. Reese Besco made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Besco was also big at the plate, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with three runs and one RBI. That's the most runs she has posted since back in April of 2025.
