Austin Conway and Khalil Jenkins provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Arvada West. The connection went for 67 yards, the longest such play in 5A Centennial this season.
Cherry Creek took down Clovis 42-6 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Overland's dynamic duo of Conway and Jenkins proved tough for the Wildcats to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Conway threw for 227 yards and 2 touchdowns and Jenkins had 101 yards receiving. Andrew Tillman helped Overland's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 59 yards.

Elijah Ross was the best running back in the league this week. He ran for 163 yards on 17 carries as Eaglecrest beat Arvada West. Teammate Aaric Witt added to the ground attack by rushing for 139 yards.
Keifer Glau made the biggest impact on defense this week as Grandview bested Horizon. The 5-foot-10 junior.
He went 14-22 with 2 interceptions.
Leading 5A Centennial in both passing and receiving yards, Overland's Conway and Jenkins have proven to be a lethal combination. Conway has thrown for 227 yards this season, while Jenkins, a 6-foot-2 receiver, has 3 catches for 101 yards. The Raptors' Ross leads the league in rushing yards with 163.
The Bruins led the league in scoring this week by notching 42 points on the Wildcats.
