The Mooseheart Red Ramblers pushed their score all the way to 57 on Tuesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a hard 76-57 fall against Lisle.
Mooseheart's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Tolu Erinolu, who scored 17 points. John McGowin was another key contributor, scoring 15 points.
Mooseheart's defeat dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Lisle, the win got them back to even at 2-2.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mooseheart will take on Portage Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Portage Christian comes in still looking for their first win of the season. As for Lisle, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Coal City at 6:45 p.m. on Friday.
