It was a good run, but the Central Academy Falcons finally witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak. The game between Central Academy and the Madison Trojans on Friday was not particularly close, with Central Academy falling 58-44.
The loss dropped the Falcons' record to 13-5. The victory makes it two in a row for Madison and bumps their record up to 7-10.
The Falcons will take on Michigan Math & Science next week. Central Academy is the favorite here -- although they were the favorites in this last matchup, too, so the odds might count for a little less. As for Madison, they will face off against Summerfield on Tuesday. The Trojans aren't expected to win, but seeing as the odds didn't stop them this last game, maybe the squad has another upset up their sleeve.
