South Houston won the last time they faced Alvin and things went their way on Thursday too. The South Houston Trojans put the hurt on the Alvin Yellowjackets with a sharp 55-35 win. The Trojans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matchups by 20 points or more this season.

The victory made it two in a row for South Houston and bumps their season record up to 17-9. As for Alvin, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 12-17 record this season.
