Falls City took down Concordia 52-14 last week, the largest margin of any game.
The Tigers led C1 District 2 in scoring this week after putting up 52 points on the Mustangs.
Ty Snyder was a passing and rushing force as Syracuse topped Arlington. Snyder's key target this week was Connor Cameron, who caught 2 passes for 40 yards.
Cameron was the best receiver in the league this week as the Rockets bested the Eagles. Zach Heitkamp helped Syracuse's passing attack out by catching 4 balls for 41 yards.
Snyder was the best running back in the league this week. He ran for 35 yards on 6 carries as Syracuse defeated Arlington. Teammate Heitkamp added to the ground attack by rushing for 30 yards.
An important game coming up in C1 District 2 this week will be when Auburn takes on Lincoln Christian. The Bulldogs are in fifth place, while the Crusaders are in second place.
Rick Nordhues' team made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 3,081 from 3,952. The advance stemmed from a 27-6 victory over Steven Gubbels' team last week.
