Sadly, the Trinidad Trojans are still looking for their first win of the season after ten contests. They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 44-20 walloping at the hands of Bynum on Tuesday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Trinidad of the 53-19 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Bynum to victory, but perhaps none more so than Brooklyn Compean, who scored 26 points along with six rebounds and two steals. That makes it five consecutive games in which Compean has scored at least a third of Bynum's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Makayla Baxter, who scored six points along with nine assists and five steals.
Trinidad's defeat was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Bynum, their win ended a ten-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 7-13.
Trinidad does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Bynum also has no future games currently scheduled.
