Everything went Entiat's way against Tekoa-Rosalia on Friday as they made off with a 42-12 win.
Entiat's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 20 points in the first half. Meanwhile, Tekoa-Rosalia couldn't get anything going offensively, leaving the score at 20-0 heading into the break. The offense for Entiat continued to do well in the second half, scoring another 22 points to put the game away.
Junior Case Crutcher, who rushed for 130 yards and 3 touchdowns, was a major factor in the success. In fact, with 10 tackles Crutcher was a force on both sides of the ball. Freshman Jack Diehm was in the mix, too, providing Entiat with 3 touchdowns. This was the first game for both teams, giving Entiat a 1-0 record and starting Tekoa-Rosalia off at 0-1.
Entiat will be defending their home turf for the first time next week when they go up against Selkirk at 7:00 PM. As for Tekoa-Rosalia, they will face off against Northport.
