Tokay had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Monday. Everything went their way against the Bear Creek Bruins as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 on September 3rd.
One reason for the win was Tokay's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-16, 25-15.
Ava Pasqualicchio paced Tokay's offense, picking up 14 kills. Pasqualicchio got some help from Kalleigh Lepard and her 18 assists. Bella Breech and Payten Smith kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.
Tokay's victory bumped their record up to 12-9. As for Bear Creek, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four matches and leaves them with a 7-11 record.
