While Westview put up some runs on Monday, the same can't be said for Obion County. The Chargers were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over the Rebels. The Chargers haven't had any issues with the Rebels recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

The team relied heavily on CD Damron, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base. Barrett Belew also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

Westview's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 21-5. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Obion County, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-17 record this season.
