Perkins-Tryon's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Eric Stevenson, who rushed for 81 yards and three touchdowns. Perkins-Tryon also got a significant boost from Wyatt Atkinson, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 105 yards.
Holland Hall's defeat dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Perkins-Tryon, they pushed their record up to 11-1 with that victory, which was their sixth straight at home.
Holland Hall does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Perkins-Tryon will take on Lincoln Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lincoln Christian is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
