Havana typically has all the answers at home, but on Thursday Illini Bluffs proved too difficult a challenge. They walked away with a 4-1 win over the Ducks. The victory continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Ducks: they've now won six in a row.

Illini Bluffs' win bumped their record up to 14-5. As for Havana, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 16-3-1.

Coming up, Illini Bluffs will face off against Galesburg at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Tigers are facing the Silver Streaks at the right time seeing as the Silver Streaks are stuck on a 26-game losing streak. As for Havana, they will head out to square off against Brown County at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Hornets have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 13.36 runs per game on average), something the Ducks will no doubt try to take advantage of.
