Last Friday, Union Grove was able to grind out a solid victory over Fayette County, taking the game 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Union Grove.
Meanwhile, Mary Persons was the victim of a tough 10-1 defeat at the hands of Alexander on Friday. Mary Persons has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Union Grove now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Mary Persons, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
