On Friday Castlewood take on Oldham-Ramona/Rutland at Booster club will provide subs after our game. at 7:00 PM. If you head out to watch the game, expect to stay the whole 48 minutes : the MaxPreps national rankings predict a close match.
Everything went Castlewood's way against Estelline/Hendricks last week as the squad secured a 48-7 win. Junior Kaden Eng, who rushed for 185 yards and 4 touchdowns, was a major factor in Castlewood's success.
Oldham-Ramona/Rutland came within a touchdown against DeSmet, but wound up with a 7-20 loss.
Castlewood's victory lifted them to 3-0 while Oldham-Ramona/Rutland's loss dropped them down to 1-2. Castlewood's offensive line will need to gear up for a tough test against a Oldham-Ramona/Rutland defensive front that amassed 4 sacks against DeSmet, so we'll see if they are up to the task.
