After losing to Novato the last time they met, Vintage decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Crushers took down the Hornets 67-51 on Wednesday.

Vintage had a senior duo take command as Adar Yildiz dropped a double-double with 18 points and 13 boards and Anthony Willmert posted 16 points and five assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Rory Holland, who put up 11 points along with seven rebounds and four blocks.

Vintage was working as a unit and finished the game with 19 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since the start of last season.

Vintage now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Novato, their loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-3.

Coming up, Vintage will take on Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory in a tournament on December 5. As for Novato, they will welcome Casa Grande at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
